Big B refuses Zanjeer remake; okays song

Amitabh Bachchan may have refused to be a part of Apoorva Lakhia's Zanjeer, a remake of the classic that starred Big B.
But has agreed to be a part of a song from the film titled Mumbai Ka Hero. Lakhia is known to be on very cordial terms with the Bachchan family so it was only natural for him to take permission from Big B to use his dialogues from the original Zanjeer and add it in the new song.
Sources report that Mr Bachchan was taken aback with the line Acche Acche Ki Gand Phat-ti hai in the song and had reservations about it. But Apoorva convinced him that the G word would be beeped which finally convinced Mr. Bachchan and he gave Apoorva the go head.
Although Amitabh Bachchan does not have the rights to dialogues from the original, it was courteous on Apoorva's part to ask him and courteous enough of Mr. Bachchan to agree!
With Ram Charan Teja stepping into Big B's shoes, will he be able to create the same angry young man image that Amitabh Bachchan did and will audiences accept him? Tell us what you think!
