Amitabh Bachchan’s boosts up Gir sanctuary’s bookings
The efforts of senior Bachchan are paying off so well that the sanctuary is totally booked by tourists who are willing to see the special spot as a part of the Indian travels.
Breaking the past fifteen year record the Gir Sanctuary is completely booked for the forth night part for the month of November that is till the 15th.
The Gir sanctuary abodes the worlds greatest species of lions that are the Asiatic lions and hence the publicity of this area by Amitabh Bachchan will help spread an awareness about this depleting specie and also serve as a way to raise funds for the benefits of there upkeep in this abode.
The sanctuary came back into presence after it was reopened on the 15th of October that is last month and after the reopening the sanctuary faces daily issuance of 70 to 80 permits at an average each day.
Now the case is that the casual permits have surpassed bookings and are overbooked while the special area Sinh Sadan is absolutely out of question with no place at all left.
According to officials of the sanctuary within the ninety permits that are given out regularly almost 50 percent are booked in advance.
The over booking has now given way to post 15th November bookings as no slot is empty until that date.
Leaving out a few VIP rooms in the special zone of Sinh Sadan the rest rooms are booked already.
